Bob Copeland, Fort Collins
Vacation cabin in Moraine park, 1930s
The William Copeland family made the long, hot trek from the central plains of Illinois each summer from 1936 through 1941 (until WWII gas rationing made the trip prohibitive) to spend two or three weeks of vacation in their native state and RMNP. This is the cabin which they rented in Moraine Park during those years.
